I received my dress in 4 Days from the time I ordered it, It was Perfect except when the dress arrived the box was damaged during shipping, so I give them 4 stars. I think they should offer a discount if the box was damaged during shipping.

Ella at 5th Ave Gowns is the Best, She took the time to answer my questions regarding my dress, I was on the phone with her for 30+ minuets and she never tried to rush me, when I finally purchased the dress, she followed up with me the next day to see if all was OK, now when does that happen, NEVER, but Ella wanted to make sure My MOB Dress was Perfect!, Customer Service 5 Stars,
