We could not find the Prom Dress that my daugher wanted any place, after placing an order with another company only to be let down, we begain our search again, we contacted 5th Ave Gowns, and Ella explained to us that this gown was not in stock and that it would be difficult to find this dress due to the designers limmited stock, but my daughter insisted that we try so we called every site we could and everyone else either just told us they don't have it or tried to sell us something else, no one took the time to explain that the designer did not ship any of these styles to any stores yet, Only Ella took the time to help us, Needless to say, When my daugher decided on another dress,we order it with 5th Ave Gowns, and have been extreamly happy with the service we recieved. As a Nurse I have crazy hours, so finding the dress that my daugher wanted for prom was going to be an online experance, We found that just about every site had the dress we wanted so we searched for a better price, Free Shipping is standard on line, so we looked around and we have seen sites that offer free earrings, free bra silicone bra cups, even found one that offered free shoes, so then we looked a prices, all of them where about the same price, so what made us purchase with 5th Ave Gowns. They offered Free Shipping, Free Handbag, just like everyone else, BUT they had great customer service, we called to see if they had the dress in stock and the lady that answered the phone talked to us, asked us questions, and made sure that all our questions was answered, This is not what you find now days, So we purchased my daughers dress, it was PERFECT! which was expected, but 3 days after its arrival we get a Thank You Card in the mail from Ella, this is customer appreciation at its best. Even after we made our purchase she took the time to think of us to send us a Thank You Card..Handwritten not some standard card. I have to say that this company really knows how to make its customers feel valued.
