When I was ask to post a Review for 5thAveGowns.com I was happy too, My Son who was getting married decided to cancel the wedding, I was afraid I was going to lose $1,000 I paid for my Mother of Groom Dress, BUT when I called Ella, and told her that my son canceled the wedding, she told me she was sorry that happened, and she would cancel the order, I was SHOCKED, cancel my order, she said yes, We will sell it eventually, whats it going to do in your closet,Sit, I was SHOCKED, to say the least, Now I refer everyone to 5th Ave Gowns.com ....ASK for Ella, she is the best.

As a Nurse I have crazy hours, so finding the dress that my daugher wanted for prom was going to be an online experance, We found that just about every site had the dress we wanted so we searched for a better price, Free Shipping is standard on line, so we looked around and we have seen sites that offer free earrings, free bra silicone bra cups, even found one that offered free shoes, so then we looked a prices, all of them where about the same price, so what made us purchase with 5th Ave Gowns. They offered Free Shipping, Free Handbag, just like everyone else, BUT they had great customer service, we called to see if they had the dress in stock and the lady that answered the phone talked to us, asked us questions, and made sure that all our questions was answered, This is not what you find now days, So we purchased my daughers dress, it was PERFECT! which was expected, but 3 days after its arrival we get a Thank You Card in the mail from Ella, this is customer appreciation at its best. Even after we made our purchase she took the time to think of us to send us a Thank You Card..Handwritten not some standard card. I have to say that this company really knows how to make its customers feel valued.
