I was looking for a Jovani Dress for my sons wedding, so we called around the dress we was looking for was discontinued but my heart was set on it, when I called 5th Ave Gowns.com Ella, explained to me that the dress was discontinued but she had one in Black/Gold, but I wanted Teal/Gold, she called Jovani to check if by chance they had any left, MY luck they did not, then Ella said how about if I call around other stores that I know and see if I can locate it, I did not think I would hear from her again WHO DOES THAT? 2 Days later I get a phone call from Ella, Telling me she located the dress, and gave me the information, I went and purchased it at another store, I COULD NOT Believe that she went out of her way even if she was not going to make the sale, I got my dress, and I love it, but I can tell you 100% that Ella Rocks, and 5th Ave Gowns.com should be proud to have an employee such as her. She makes customers feel appricated. I am a loyal customer, I refer everyone to her without hesitation. You ROCK ELLA.
