Ground Delivery is free within the continental United States. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to have a different shipping service feel free to email for call, and we will be happy to accommodate. However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee

for the difference in price. Please understand that express shipping is not guaranteed to ship out on the same business day. All orders are processed within 5 business days after ordering. We do guarantee all orders to be to the customer by the weardate that is shown.

Default Shipping for International Orders is UPS and generally takes about 1 week when items are in stock. Your country could also impose other duties or tax that we have no way of estimating because it is different for every country and item. Contact us for shipping rate if your country is not listed or we will just bill the the exact rate of shipping

ORDERS AFTER 2/8/2012 are NOT Eligible for Returns Due to a High Volume of Fraudulent Returns we will NO LONGER accept Returns on Orders Placed after 2/8/2012.

We have attempted to accommodate our customers who have issues with Selecting Size, we are now forced to ONLY allow Merchandise Credit on Returned Items, There will be a 3% Restocking Fee.

 

Orders Placed Prior to 2/8/2012 is not affected by this change.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS MUST Be Followed:

1. You must contact 5thavegowns.com via email within 24 hrs of receiving your gown for a Return Authorization Number, Please email us at returns@fifthavegowns.com

2. The Return Package MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

3.You MUST include your  Return Authorization Slip that was emailed to you.

4. Your Return Authorization Number must be written on the out side of the box, otherwise it will be refused and sent back.

5. Dresses must be returned in original packing and with all tags and packing materials.

6. Refund will be actual minus the shipping fee incurred to ship the dress to you..

7. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, NO EXCEPTION.

8. NO RETURNS ON GOWNS AFTER YOUR WEAR DATE

9. Shipping fees deducted will be as followes, $25.00 if shipped UPS Ground, if your gown had to be Express shipped the  is shipping fee is $50.00 IF the gown ordered is a Ball Gown there is an additional $10.00. Please know you will receive a refund in the amount after deducting the shipping fees.

Warning: All Gowns Returned to us is INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL, any gown that is found to be worn Will be returned to you and charged an additional $50.00 for processing

Dress Availability

Availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of prom dresses that is continually replenished throughout the year. If we have temporarily sold out or your dress choice in the size and color ordered, we will notify you immediately.

Billing
Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and mailed check. Your card will be charged in US dollars. We have estimates of other currency equivalents listed, but they are only a guide and not always exact. Please also note charges for non-US delivery as discussed above. Also note that some non-US countries will charge duty and other taxes to some orders when they arrive in your country.

Size
Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. We try to make as many available right here as possible. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can’t let it out if your order too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit. How to measure
Bust: have someone measure the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.
Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.
