Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, like most other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns.

To choose the best size for you, we recommend choosing your size based on your measurements for your bust, waist and hips, and the measurements on the designer's size chart which is found on our site. If you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so that you are able to have the dress tailored (taken in) for a perfect fit, as it's usually not possible to have a dress let out. You may be granted with a ONE TIME exchange for an alternate size, if the alternate size is available. Please note that an exchange fee will apply upon approval. 

All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to assure that you receive your order in perfect condition. It is rare, however if you receive a faulty item you MUST submit a return request via email to returns@5thavegowns.com  within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Shipping fees are non-creditable and if you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.

Our store is valid for 120 Days and it can be applied to any product seen our site. Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order; it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund. Orders processed with store credit cannot be exchanged after the order has been shipped.

Upon authorizing an exchange you will be provided with a Return Authorization number (RA#) which must be included on the outside of the return shipment. Based on the conditions of the exchange a handling fee may apply.

Packages returned without an RA # will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
