As a Nurse I have crazy hours, so finding the dress that my daugher wanted for prom was going to be an online experance, We found that just about every site had the dress we wanted so we searched for a better price, Free Shipping is standard on line, so we looked around and we have seen sites that offer free earrings, free bra silicone bra cups, even found one that offered free shoes, so then we looked a prices, all of them where about the same price, so what made us purchase with 5th Ave Gowns. They offered Free Shipping, Free Handbag, just like everyone else, BUT they had great customer service, we called to see if they had the dress in stock and the lady that answered the phone talked to us, asked us questions, and made sure that all our questions was answered, This is not what you find now days, So we purchased my daughers dress, it was PERFECT! which was expected, but 3 days after its arrival we get a Thank You Card in the mail from Ella, this is customer appreciation at its best. Even after we made our purchase she took the time to think of us to send us a Thank You Card..Handwritten not some standard card. I have to say that this company really knows how to make its customers feel valued.

I was looking for a Jovani Dress for my sons wedding, so we called around the dress we was looking for was discontinued but my heart was set on it, when I called 5th Ave Gowns.com Ella, explained to me that the dress was discontinued but she had one in Black/Gold, but I wanted Teal/Gold, she called Jovani to check if by chance they had any left, MY luck they did not, then Ella said how about if I call around other stores that I know and see if I can locate it, I did not think I would hear from her again WHO DOES THAT? 2 Days later I get a phone call from Ella, Telling me she located the dress, and gave me the information, I went and purchased it at another store, I COULD NOT Believe that she went out of her way even if she was not going to make the sale, I got my dress, and I love it, but I can tell you 100% that Ella Rocks, and 5th Ave Gowns.com should be proud to have an employee such as her. She makes customers feel appricated. I am a loyal customer, I refer everyone to her without hesitation. You ROCK ELLA.

Ok I must say....5th Ave Gowns is AWESOME! My daughter has the most beautiful Dress for her Prom EVER!!! We live in Canada, and they made sure she had the dress she wanted in her exact size!!! Amazing customer Service, Over the Top website and the ultimate in choices and pricing! Thank you so so much for the wonderful experience and we will be using 5th Ave Gowns again for sure!!!!

I live in Canada, and they Express shipped my gown FREE, when my gown did not fit they replaced it with one that did no extra Shipping fees, The only down side was I had to email them, but once I got in touch with them They took care of the problem Quickly I got my Dress, and LOVEEEEE IT, Thanks.

I originally fell in love with my dress at NYDRESS.com, N.Y. They told me the dress was not in stock , I simply had to walk away from the perfect dress. A friend of mine told me to go to 5thAveGowns.com THEY HAD IT. . It was perfect, and the price was even better- The same dress for so much less. I ordered the dress and patiently waited for its arrival. When it finally came in, I lost a whole size from the wedding stress. Now, the dress was too big on me. Ella knew that she had to do something. She made several phone calls to the designer, and within 1 week my new size was delivered! Ella is a life savers, and they made me look perfect. The fittings were a breeze too! She has amazing patience and really tries to satisfy every customer Everyone still tells me how gorgeous I looked. Thank you Ella
